1. Which projects did you review?
I reviewed Animals in Art by Travis Rodriguez.
2. Why did you select the Exhibit you critiqued?
The mere reason why i selected this art exhibit out of many was because of the theme. His theme was very different than the others. The animal theme was unique.
3. What challenges did you face in writing the critique article and how did you overcome them?
A challenge that I faced writing the article was actually starting to write it. I had a huge writer's block. The way I got over it was by introducing the article explaining project # 4 and what i liked about it.Then that gave me a beginning transition towards writing the article.
4. How do you feel about critiquing your peers work?
I felt really good critiquing my peers work because from the looks of it the person worked thar in making the exhibit. I am sure that with all the hard work put in the curator appreciates that someone is taking the time to view it.
5. Would you like to read the critique your peers wrote about your Art Curation Project?
I would love to read what some of my peers had to say about my article because it was something that took time to make. Having someone different than the teacher read it would make me feel like my time was more than worth it. It will also help me improve so that in the future I could do a better job.
6. On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your finished article and why?
I think I would rate my article a nine because I was very honest and I tried to interpret the art work to the best of my abilities. I also connected my article to something we had learn previously in the class.
7. Did you enjoy working on this project?
I enjoy critiquing the exhibit more than making it because it is much easier to judge than to actually create a whole exhibit.
